The Committee shall study the cases of the needy families and provide them with the required financial aid and assistance. The Bahrain Red Crescent is currently assisting and aiding 450 families in Bahrain on a monthly basis trying to improve the quality of life. Seasonally 6000 families benefit from the activities and programs conducted by the Bahrain Red Crescent.The society is in constant study of new ways to improve and develop the living standard of the needy families by promoting employment and social rehabilitation services.

The required documents to submit a request for assistance:

1. Smart cards for all family members in the house who are not married.
2. Marriage contract / divorce certificate / abandonment paper / death certificate.
3. ( Income sources) salary certificate / social affairs certificate / retirement certificate / proof of paper that the applicant is not working or resignation paper / orphans and widows a paper from the charity, (if you have) .
4. Medical reports, (if you have).
5. Loan notes, (if you have) .
6. House rental contract.
7. Last electricity bill.
8. Cost of living.
9. Amount of a housing allowance, (if you have) 
10. Reward certificate for those with special needs, (if you have)
